Feedback / Complaints

The objective is to provide a channel for the general public to directly suggest or file complaints to the agency's management, in order to quickly become aware of problems and take prompt action. Every matter will be monitored to prevent delays in resolving issues. To achieve the objectives of the service, the following criteria must be established.

Complaints must be about genuine issues with a valid basis, not fabricated stories or news that could harm other individuals or organizations.

Suggestions/complaints in the system must be able to contact the person who reported the problem/suggestion/complaint to confirm that they are real.

The information obtained will be kept confidential.

The message should use polite language.

Your suggestions/complaints will be used as part of the development of the NIDA Poll survey center.

Directions

Take Ramkhamhaeng Road, pass the Lam Sali Intersection, reach Ban Ma three-way junction, turn left onto Sri Burapha Road, then turn left at the fourth

Take Lat Phrao Road, pass Bang Kapi Market, enter Seri Thai Road, and reach the NIDA intersection. The institute is on the right-hand side.

Come via Ram Inthra Road, turn into Seri Thai Road. If coming from Bangkapi, pass the NIDA intersection. The institute is on the left.

Come by boat via Khlong Saen Saep, boarding at Wat Sri Bun Ruang pier.
