The NIDA Poll Opinion Survey Center is an organization reporting directly to the President and operates with institutional independence. However, in order to ensure efficient, transparent, and accountable administration, NIDA Poll is required to regularly report its operational performance for submission to the NIDA Poll Opinion Survey Center Policy Committee and the NIDA Poll Opinion Survey Center Executive Committee for their review, approval, and recommendations on policy and administrative matters.
At present, the organizational structure of NIDA Poll comprises four key divisions: the Public Opinion Poll Division, the Business Poll Division, the General Administration Division, and the Academic Development and Support Division. The Center employs a total of 19 permanent staff members, 30 telephone interviewers, and 70 field data collectors, all operating under the administration of the Director of the NIDA Poll Opinion Survey Center.
